Do I need to be a past client to join?
No, but this membership is especially helpful for past clients or families who want ongoing support without committing to a full private package.

What kind of questions can I ask in the group?
You can ask about nap struggles, early wakes, regressions, schedule changes, bedtime resistance, travel, sickness, transitions, and other common sleep concerns.

​

When do you answer questions?
I check into the group every Friday morning to answer questions and offer support. Members also receive a live monthly virtual Q&A.

​

Is this private 1:1 support?
No. This membership includes group-based support. If you need more individualized help, members receive 50% off one troubleshooting call.

​

How does cancellation work?
Monthly members can cancel any time before their next payment date by sending me a message or email. Annual members are not auto-renewed and can decide whether or not to renew when their year is complete.

​

Will other parents see my phone number?
Yes. Because the group is hosted on WhatsApp, your phone number and name may be visible to other group members.
